The small print, in plain English.

All promotions are open to customers aged 18 or over only. Photo ID may be required. Last updated — date to be added on publication.

Daily £10 cash match

  1. Stake £10 of your own money and Richmond Leisure will match it with £10 in credit, giving you £20 in play.
  2. The full £20 must be wagered. Once it has been, any winnings above that are yours to keep.
  3. Available Monday to Thursday between 9am and 9pm.
  4. On Friday and Saturday the offer runs twice: once between 9am and 9pm, and again between 9pm and 2am.
  5. One cash match per customer per session.
  6. The matched credit itself cannot be withdrawn as cash.

The Rainbow Wheel

  1. Every machine in the venue is colour-coded, and the wheel carries the same set of colours.
  2. The wheel is spun every half hour, provided at least three customers are playing at the time.
  3. If the colour landed matches the machine you are playing at that moment, you receive £10 in credit.
  4. If the colour landed matches a machine that nobody is playing, every customer who is playing receives £5 in credit.
  5. You must have been in the venue for at least fifteen minutes before the spin to be included.
  6. You must be actively playing at the time of the spin. Sitting at a machine without playing does not qualify.
  7. All credit awarded must be played through.
  8. Between 9pm and 2am on Friday and Saturday the amounts double, to £20 and £10 respectively.

New customer offer — up to £500

  1. On signing up as a new customer you become eligible for a £20 cash match on each of your first 25 opening days.
  2. Richmond Leisure is closed on Sundays. Sundays are not opening days and do not count against the 25.
  3. The £20 is available on each qualifying day you visit. If you do not visit on an opening day, that day's £20 is not available and is not carried forward.
  4. The maximum total available under this offer is £500, which requires a visit on all 25 opening days.
  5. This offer runs in addition to the daily cash match and the Rainbow Wheel.
  6. Available once per customer.

General

  1. All promotions are open only to customers aged 18 or over. We operate a Think 25 policy and photo ID may be requested.
  2. Promotions are not available to anyone who has self-excluded from Richmond Leisure or through a self-exclusion scheme covering these premises.
  3. Richmond Leisure may amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion. Where a promotion changes, the terms on this page will be updated.
  4. Staff decisions on eligibility are final. If you disagree with one, ask to speak to the manager on duty.
