Who we are

Richmond Leisure is an adult gaming centre operated by Landmark Entertainments Ltd, 112 Shirley High Street, Shirley, Southampton SO16 4EZ. We are the data controller for the information described below. You can contact us in the venue or on 023 8077 1028.

What we collect, and why

• CCTV. The venue is covered by CCTV, recorded for the safety of customers and staff and the prevention and detection of crime.
• Age verification. We operate a Think 25 policy. If you are asked for photo ID we look at it to check your age; we do not keep a copy unless the law requires it.
• Promotions. If you sign up for the new customer offer we record your name and your visits, so we know which days have been matched.
• Self-exclusion. If you self-exclude we keep the details needed to honour it, including through any multi-operator scheme covering these premises.
• Phone calls. If you call us we do not record calls or keep your number.

This website

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and collects no personal information. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical request data any web server receives. Links to Google Maps and BeGambleAware take you to those organisations’ own sites, which have their own privacy policies.

Who we share information with

We do not sell or share your information for marketing. We share information only where we have to: with the Gambling Commission or licensing authorities on request, with the police for the prevention or detection of crime, and with self-exclusion schemes we participate in.

How long we keep it

CCTV recordings are kept for a limited period and then overwritten, unless they are needed for an incident. Promotion records are kept for the life of the offer. Self-exclusion records are kept for the period of the exclusion plus the time required by the scheme’s rules.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. Ask at the counter or call us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
